This is me
Hi there, my name is Robert Herrera. I am a member here at Team South Texas Multi-Sports. I have been riding and racing for a couple of years now. Before that I played competitive basketball but was getting seriously hurt way too often for my wife's liking.
I switched to racing mountain bikes and competing in triathlons which is just a little safer than basketball. So far I've only had a couple of dented helmets and a broken(mashed) collarbone. You can follow me on here on my blog page.
By day I work for Oracle in their North America Consulting group. Hi all,
So this is going to be my first blog post on teamstxms.org. I am going to use it to document my travels and training while traveling. One of the hardest thing to do when your job entails 100% travel is to keep up a training schedule and manage a work/life balance. I am going to attempt to let everyone know what works and what doesn't for those who might be travelers and want to entertain multisport training and racing.
